Prices range from about 20 Euros per M2 to 50 Euros. if the wall is flat then it is easy for the tiler. If you have 40x40 ceramic tiles then the tiler  should get a complete bathroom done  2-3days based on a small bathroom. smaller tiles like mosaic is around 50 Euros m2 and would take longer. Plastering a bathroom would take 1 day. A bathroom complete is about 5000 on average.

You could actually get a price per m² for the painting (as long as there was no prep involved) and for the plastering (depending on plaster type required). Tiling depends on the tiles and the prep involved and as for an average bathroom price - bathrooms and the requirements of clients vary far too much. You need to get a few companies up, get a few quotes - and on balance, I'd avoid the cheapest one!

No, in answer to your question, of course they can't!  There's no such thing as an average price for a job per m2.  Many factors have to be taken into account when artisans price a job.

Get various devis which will give you the price for the job, not per sq m.
