You could try Rochetta Nervina. Shortly after you leave Dolceacqua on the left hand side, there is a turning for Rochetta Nervina. It is a very pretty setting. Or if you head straight out of Dolceacqua towards Pigna, you will find some great places to stop. Both have rock pools but you have to walk to get to them.

At this time of the year it will be busy but at least it won't be the same beach crowd. Hope you have fun.
