Hi, I had the exact same problem when I moved my horse from England to Germany, where they are very heavy on oats, cereals, etc..  However, I found a feed company that imports his Dodson and Horrell's Balancer and his usual chaff (I think I am their sole customer for these products!).  Of course it is slightly more expensive, but despite hours of internet research, I simply couldn't find a Continental version of a simple balancer.  You could also try contacting the headquarters of the manufacturer (their email/telephone number should be on their website) to ask if and where they distribute the feed in France (although I did this with Bailey's and never had a reply...).  Anyway, I wish you luck!

Worst place in France to bring a horse. Poor horsey.

Expect to pay double, triple or more than you are paying now, and at this time of the year it is terrible in quality.

For small quantities, your local co-op will be able to help you. Otherwise, give a call to stables or the racetrack in Cagnes.
