Contact Claire at www.cyclecotedazur.com. They run all sorts of bike rides from gentle 2-3 hour explore local village rides to epic and tough full days out. They are really friendly and good fun. Feloow riders are from all over the world but all speak English. They helped me train for a tough 4 day ride over some of the big Cols. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Also now that the days are starting to get longer and theorectically warmer(!?) I will be cycling with a few other like minded souls, so drop me a line on gbgfr2001@yahoo.fr if anyone is interested.

@Iceman, Bar sur Loup is pretty close to where I live, so would it be ok if I join you guys next Sunday? I'm trying to get back to riding/training habits after the lazy winter period... If yes, where in Bar sur Loup, up in the old village or beside the main road en face de Le Jarrerie?

Hi,

Myself and some firends go cycling most weekends, we are not professionels just weekend riders trying to keep fit. We are going on Sunday morning meeting in Bar sur loup at 9.30am you are welcome to come along. We normally ride 60 to 70 KM and usually get back around 12.30 which includes our coffee stop half way.

Hi there, funny, have just been answering another cycling related topic. You could contact Remmert Wielinga, he is a former pro cyclist and might be of help to you. He is running a business, specialising in personal cycling coaching. Herewith his email address: rwcyclingpromotions.mc. All the best, Phil.

I'm looking, too, based La Colle sur Loup, but I don't know the routes yet.  Fitness level: 60km plus some hills (racing bike), hoping to increase through spring to 100km and take in some mountain riding.
