I'd suggest going to the Office de Tourism in Antibes (Pl DeGaulle) to pick up the 3 excellent free 'Guides Randoxygene' (Pays Cotier / Moyen Pays / Haut Pays). They provide detailed route descriptions with simple maps for each suggested hike. Enjoy your hiking in this beautiful area!
