Hubby and mates went last year.  His advice - get there early and get your spot, once it fills up you can't move and the sun is on your back so beware of 'red-neck'! He does say however that the experience is well worth the discomfort!TrishT

Back in 1987 and never since in 12 Monaco GP's. Total waste of money. Unless you are prepared to join the Germans and the Tifosi a built scaffolding you're going to have a terrible time.

If you're on a budget, buy the very best tickets for every day except sunday for almost nothing, hours and hours of running on Thursdays particularly.....then go home and watch the race on TV.

For about 70 Euro you can watch Qually from the roof of the Cafe De Paris in Casino Sq with a four course lunch thrown in.

but the Rocher? Forget it.

Regards

Mike
