Bec,

Try calling or emailing Jenn Potts, a Canadian personal trainer certified with her French Brevet d'Etat. She is setting up classes in the area. You can get ahold of her at

Sorry if there was some damage caused to your equipment. when I read the original post, I was tittering to myself for several hours regarding pump = fart.

Nowadays Bec we have running water in our apartments and houses, so no need to trot off down to the village pump. So you won't need to take lessons then.

pump = fart - to whoever said that please know that when i read that my tea missed my oesophegus and flew out of my nose and all over the pc screen.

The mind boggles. When I was a child, the word "pump" meant fart. Perhaps there's a successor to Le Petomane who is running courses.
