I'm in a sililar situation after a year of no climbing and want to get back up again. I've got a rope and all the bits needed, just needing a good partner to climb with, have some fun and push it when we're both feeling up for it. I'm in Roquebrune and know a few routes in Tete du Chein, although I prefer Gorbio.

Drop me a line if interested.

You might try the Via Ferrata in Peille, stunning climbing! You can go into the centre of the village and find the bar (there's only one) and they will rent you the gear for the climb. 15 mins from Monaco, should be ideal and I believe it's the best facility nearby.

I've just found "Grimpe Azur", at 45 Bde de Madeleine, Nice, on the 'net; they organise trips into the mountains and have a 250m2 indoor wall. Maybe see you there ('cos "it's been years" for me too!).

You may be getting a call from me too. I'm in a similar situation to Indigo (the "it's been years" bit).
