At Antibes Top fit gym the one already mentioned, by carrefour they do a two hour spinning class on Sundays with complimentary snacks and drinks. I'm sure you can get the bus up there from the train station. They also have spinning classes throughout the week too. They have a great pool, good size, huge gym, sauna, steam room, jaccuzzi etc. It is quite pricy to join, but you can pay monthly. However, I'm sure they'd let you do a trail class.

There a Gym by the antibes motorway that is brilliant, english run but full of different nationalities. It has an exclusive large spinning room. The rest of the gym is excelent having been in the trade myself.
