the only inconvenience is that you can't book in advance....and it is very busy at week-ends so be prepared to wait...............for hours !

had pizza/salad/wine there and played a couple of games/beers on Sunday.  Restaurant was mediocre but reasonable prices.  Bowling was pretty good as the lane/scoring technology is very modern.  Nice touch if you have a mixed party of adults/kids or good/hopeless bowlers - you can register "rails" on a per-player basis so the rails spring up automatically just for those who need them  - nice !

To get there, exit at Antibes, navigate the horrendous roundabout in the direction of Carrefour hypermarket.  Instead of going into Carrefour entrance, take the slip road off to the right marked "Nova Antipolis".  If you miss this, you can take the next right (prior to Carrefour).  About 200 metres down on your right look for a small simple red/white sign on your right saying "Bowling" (this is real easy to miss so you might also be on the lookout for the shop called Joue Club) - turn right and go downhill, across another roundabout and the bowling centre is in front of you)
